Vegan or Vegetarian
People judge me for becoming a vegetarian or sometimes vegan
They keep telling me becoming a vegetarian or vegan is a super fucking stupid idea
When I get asked about why I decided to become this
I will give them reasons like
'' cause it makes me feel good ''
'' meat is bad for your health ''
'' I don't want to hurt animals ''
Then because I'm chubby, I always get the whole
'' Aren't you suppose to be thin? '' deal
LOL WHAT'S UP WITH THIS
I just wanted to say stfu, this is my choice and have nothing to do with you
but I understand where they're coming from
I just hate when they force me to eat something that I don't want to
I hate being forced to do something that I don't feel like doing at all
BUT NOW
After 1 year as a vegan, I quit
I'm saying goodbye to the labels
To be honest with you guys, I do this to lose weight
I was a meat eater before I always believe that meat give you energy and meat will help you to lose weight
Now I still think the same
hmm... fxxxx I suppose to talk about the reason why I decided to became a vegan before
I have bulimia and often eat until I can't I feel so disgusted with myself
My face keeps getting rounder, my trousers are getting too tight
I AM FEELING SO FUCXXXXX YUCKY ABOUT MYSELF
So I decided to go on another diet.
YES ! It's totally senseless but I do it anyway
Why?
because I've no idea what else I can do?
It works, I did lose a few pounds at the beginning
I started following a number of youtubers and followed their lifestyle
I avoided fried food, sauces, oil
I thought that was the only way to lose weight on a vegan lifestyle is to completely cut off FAT = OIL
SERIOUSLY ANY KIND OF OIL
Does that sound crazy to you?
Yes, it sounds pretty crazy to me too.
After a couple months after being vegan my body didn't feel good & I wasn't listening to it
I craved food.... different kind of food
and then I started thinking of meat
I told some of my vegetarian friends about it
They looked at me amused '' Then you must eat meat ''
